Landing Platform Dock (LPD) Projesi
Purpose:
Procurement of a Landing Platform Dock (LPD) (with Amphibious and Landing Vehicles) capable to transfer 1 battalion as minimum in Ageand, Mediterranian Sea and Black Sea only by using the logistic support itself for the Naval Forces Command.
Scope:
Procurement of 1 Ea. Landing Platform Dock (LPD) and 27 (twenty seven) Ea. Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV), 4 (four) Ea. Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM), 2 (two) Ea. Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel (LCVP), 1 (one) Ea. RHIB Boat ve 1 (one) Ea. Commender Vehicle.

Domestic Production (Private Shipyard will be the Main Contractor)
Current Situation:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issiued on 21st of February 2010; RMK Marine A.Ş., SEDEF A.Ş. and DESAN A.Ş. delivered the proposals on 16th of May 2011. The proposal evaluation phase is going on.
Mr. Hasan ÇAPAN, is currently the representative of China Shipbuilding and Offshore International Co., Ltd. (CSOC)/PRC and he is coordinating the activities as the representative of CPMIEC Company/PRC in the context of the tender announced by the Undersecretariat for Defense Industry (SSM).
