MİL-SAV Defense Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was established in Ankara on 21th of May 2003 by Sayın Hasan Çapan, Chairman.
MİL-SAV set up as the representative of CPMIEC/PRC for the Long Range Air And Missile Defence System Project tender announced by the Undersecretariat for Defense Industry (SSM) after her re-organisation in 2007.
She signed an MOU with DESAN Shipyard in 2009 as the representative of China Shipbuilding and International Offshore Industry Corporation (CSOC)/PRC in the context of the Landing Platform Dock Project Tender announced by SSM. DESAN Shipyard is one of the three candidates submitting the proposal for this tender. It is expected that the final decision may be by December 2012.
MİL-SAV, who is working with the Chinese Companies in Energy Sector, served as the representative for the construction of three Hydroelectrical Power Plant Projects.
She initiated the conversations on the Satellite and Space Systems between China Great Wall Industry Corporation and the Turkish Defense Industry Companies in 2011.
MİL-SAV is currently working with 8 giant Chinese Companies as their representative.
